Cultivation:  Grow in well drained soil in full sun

Height & Spread:  30cm to 1m x 15cm to 30cm

Culinary Uses:   Flowers are edible and used in salads or garnishes, they can be frozen in cubes to be used for drinks, made into a syrup or candied. Leaves and stalks have a cucumber-like flavour, they can be chopped and used in salads, soft cheeses, Pimms cocktail and other wine-based drinks
