Irish Fuchsia Nursery commenced trading in 2018. Plants are sold to the Irish market through direct sales, local country markets, national garden and plant shows. My goal is to produce top quality, disease free, robust plants suited to the Irish climate in a range of sizes at competitive prices.

I offer a personal, friendly and consumer-based service and look forward to meeting my customers on-line until current restrictions are lifted.

Studied at the National Botanic Gardens, Glasnevin, Dublin (2002 – 2005)
Head of Environment Department, Horticulture Tutor and Course Co-ordinator, Pearse College of Further Education, Dublin (2006 – 2017)
Landscape Design & Gardening Business (2006 – 2010)

- - - Gold Medal and Exhbitors’ Choice Award for Nursery Display at Bord Bia Bloom 2023
    - Silver Medal for Nursery Display at Bord Bia Bloom 2022
    - Bronze Medal for Nursery Display at Bloom 2018 and 2019
    - Best in Category and Gold Medal, for the design and creation of an educational stand in the Nursery Pavilion at Bord Bia Bloom 2013.

What’s New for 2024

- - - - Our range of fuchsia varieties will continue to grow along with our pollinator friendly and edible flower choices
      - We will extend our range of annuals, vegetable seedlings and herbs as per customer demand
      - The on-line shop is open since summer 2021 and has proved very successful. We intend to continue to update and improve this service
      - Plant Fairs and Garden Festivals are still our preferred method of reaching out to our customers. 2023 has proved a tremendous year in this regard.
      - We look forward to meeting you all again in 2024

Since its inception Irish Fuchsia Nursery has been a member of the Irish Specialist Nursery Association. Specialisation encourages the exploration of the wide diversity of each plant type available, the production of as many of these types as is viable, offering both quality and choice.

This association was established to represent the smaller more specialist Nurseries in Ireland and continues to introduce the business to a specialist and connoisseur market
