Hardy annual with aromatic divided leaves. Nectar rich flowers form umbels of white to mauve in summer followed by rounded fruits. Attractive to bees, pollinators and beneficial insects

Cultivation:  Grow in well-drained fertile soil in full sun or partial shade.

Culinary Uses:      Leaves and leafstalks are used to flavour soups, salads, beans and curries. Seeds are used in curries and pickling
