Hardy, evergreen subshrub with aromatic needle-like leaves. Blue and occasionally pink flowers are borne in Spring. Attractive to bees. Helps to control bean beetles, cabbage moths, carrot flies and many other garden pests
Cultivation: Grow in well-drained soil in full sun with shelter from cold winds and prolonged frosts
Height & Spread: 2m x 1.5-2m
Culinary Uses: Fresh or dried leaves are used as a flavouring for lamb, goat, sausages, stuffings, soups and stews. Rosemary can be used for making herbal teas and as flavouring for vinegar, wines or olive oil
