Fully hardy, evergreen subshrub with velvety veined pale grey/green leaves. Blue/purple flowers are borne in summer.  Helps to protect against cabbage worms, cabbage moths and root maggots

Cultivation:  Grow in well-drained soil in full sun

Height & spread:  60-80cm x 1m

Culinary Uses:  Leaves are used to flavour meat such as pork, liver, goose and veal as well as soups, stews, sauces, sausages, eels and stuffing. Can be used for herbal teas
