Fully hardy, low-growing shrub with hairy grey-green leaves. White to pale purple flowers are borne in summer. Helps to control whiteflies, cabbage loopers and cabbage worms

Cultivation:  Grow in well-drained stony to poor soils in full sun

Culinary Uses:  Fresh or dried leaves are used to flavour soups, fish, meat, sausages, marinades, vinegar, stuffing and vegetables. Dried leaves can also be used as a moth repellent
