Leaves are irregularly variegated with cream and pinkish/purple tips on new growth.  Attractive in the flower border as well as in the herb and vegetable garden.  Helps to protect against cabbage worms, cabbage moths and root maggots

Cultivation:   Grow in well-drained soil in full sun

Culinary Uses:  Leaves are used to flavour meat such as pork, liver, goose and veal as well as soups, stews, sauces, sausages, eels and stuffing. Can be used for herbal teas
