Cultivation:  Grow in well-drained soil in full sun with shelter from cold winds and prolonged frosts

Culinary Uses:  Fresh or dried leaves are used as a flavouring for lamb, goat, sausages, stuffing, soups and stews. Rosemary can be used for making herbal teas and as flavouring for vinegar, wines or olive oil
