A hardy, sub-shrub with compact habit. Small, mid-green leaves and lavender- blue flowers. Highly aromatic leaves and flowers, suitable for low hedging. Helps to deter garden pests, attractive to bees and butterflies

Cultivation:  Grow in well-drained soil in full sun

Height & Spread:   30-45cm x 45-60cm

Culinary Uses:  Flowers are crystalized for desert and cake decoration, used fresh in salads, jams, jellies, vinegars and ice creams. Leaves can be used in salads, marinades, soups and stews or used to make herbal teas.
