Lavender (Lavandin) Lavandula x intermedia ‘Alba’



A hardy, sub-shrub with an open bushy habit. Leaves are grey/green and flowers are pinkish white and fragrant. Helps to deter garden pests, attractive to bees and butterflies

Cultivation:  Grow in well-drained soil in full sun.

Height & Spread:   80cm x 60cm

Culinary Uses:  Flowers are crystalized for desert and cake decoration, used fresh in salads, jams, jellies, vinegars and ice creams. Leaves can be used in salads, marinades, soups and stews or used to make herbal teas.
