Annual herb this variety is bolt resistant. Leaves have a mild aromatic flavour that can be harvested over a longer period. Attractive to bees, pollinators and beneficial insects. Helps to deter Colorado beetles but should not be grown next to fennel
Cultivation: Grow in well-drained fertile soil in full sun or partial shade
Height & Spread: 45-60cm x 10-30cm
Culinary Uses: Leaves and leafstalks are used to flavour soups, salads, beans and curries. Seeds are used in curries and pickling.
