Fully hardy annual/biennial herb with fern-like aniseed-flavoured foliage. Flowers form small white umbels in summer followed by narrow seed heads. Leaves should be harvested before flowering. Attracts bees, pollinators and other beneficial insects.

Cultivation:   Grow in rich, moisture retentive soils in partial shade

Height & Spread:   30-60cm x 25-30cm

Culinary Uses:  Leaves are used to flavour potato, egg and fish dishes and are added just before serving. Also used for salads and garnishes
